Does this ship from the US?

A: We have one domestic warehouse and one international warehouse. Our priority is always to ship you your package as soon as possible. However, your order may ship from either of these warehouses depending on product availability and demand. Rest assured, you are receiving the same high quality product.

How long will it take to receive my order?

A: It takes 1-2 takes to process your order. After it ships, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery within the United Stats. 14-20 business days for all other countries. ***Due to COVID-19 our shipping times are longer than normal. We plan to return to our normal shipping times as soon as possible.

How do I track my package?

A: Once your order ships, you will receive an order confirmation email with your tracking link. You will then be able to track your package whenever you'd like. If your tracking number doesn't work for some reason, please notify us and we will get that updated for you. Please note: Tracking takes 1-2 days to update in the system.
